By accessing or using the custom pods (the “Pods”) provided by Unusual Lotus (“Unusual Lotus”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Pods.
Unusual Lotus provides a collection of mini applications (“Pods”) that extend the functionality within Adobe Connect. These Pods may include engagement tools, games, utilities, and similar functionalities.
The Pods are offered to you at no cost solely for use within Adobe Connect. No license or other rights to use, modify, copy, distribute, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Pods are granted. Your use of the Pods does not confer any ownership rights or any other right to the underlying software or technology provided by Unusual Lotus.
Unusual Lotus may, at its discretion, provide support, maintenance, or updates for the Pods. However, no specific support timeframe or guarantee is provided. Unusual Lotus reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue support or the Pods themselves at any time without notice.
The Pods are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Unusual Lotus makes no warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Unusual Lotus be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Pods—even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree that your use of the Pods is at your sole risk.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the Pods are compatible with your version and configuration of Adobe Connect. Unusual Lotus does not guarantee that the Pods will work with all setups or that they will be free from errors, interruptions, or other issues related to compatibility.
Unusual Lotus reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The current version of the Terms, along with its “Last Updated” date, will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Pods after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Unusual Lotus may terminate or suspend your access to all or any portion of the Pods at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Pods.
These Terms are intended to apply globally. While Unusual Lotus makes no representation as to the suitability of the Pods for use in any particular jurisdiction, you are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. No specific jurisdiction is designated for disputes arising under these Terms.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unusual Lotus, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Pods or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Unusual Lotus regarding your use of the Pods and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or limited only to the extent necessary so that it is enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
The failure of Unusual Lotus to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
By using the Pods, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
